Dear Northeastern University Class of 1962,

I have a unique situation that I hope you can help me with. While vacationing in Puerto Rico I found a Men's Northeasern University Class 1962 Ring. The initials are MR?. The last initial had been worn away. It is very important to me that I return it to the owner. I know it is indeed valuable to the owner because it was obviously worn often and he had secured it in a safe. Please help me return it to its owner.

Thank You

I will also be at the Boston Latin 50th! Fortunately I live in the Boston area and can make both. Anyone else going to the BLS 50th?

Thanks for tracking me down, Bruce! Mary & I are sorry that we can't make the 45th, due to conflicts (I will be in Boston in mid-May for my 50th Boston Latin School Reunion) but we will certainly plan on being at the 5oth. Perhaps we can put together a mini-CHE reunion then.

Anybody out there from the NU skydiving club? An inspring talk by one of the jumpmasters from Orange, MA got us started. Most of the club members went through first jump training.

Hi all, I'm trying to see if there are any old Silver Masque or Dance Workshop members out there who want to come to the reunion!!! It would be fun to talk and remember Prof Blackman and Deegee Reuter!!! I'll bring my old scrap book with photos from the musicals! Hope there are some of you out there!!!

My wife and I just signed up for the 45th Reunion Dinner. If it's anything like the 40th, it will be a blast. Go pencil lady!

Hey, Dan - In response - Now I'm driving a Red Audi TT Quattro and burning up the roads in North Carolina! I'm retired and living in Indian Trail, NC. Hope you are well, my friend. Still driving Volvo's?

Thanks for creating this website. Brought back gazillion memories I had forgotten. I pray all my 62 brothers and sisters are well.

Those were the days my friend! Here's to "The Claw" and what was known as the MTA!

Great to hear from you Hank. Do you still have that red Porsche that we tore up Orleans with. I own a small business in York PA, where are you?

Am trying to locate Helene Hartog, an old room mate from the girls dorm on St. Stevens Street. Lost contact with her many years ago. Anyone know where I can reach her.

Trying to locate a good old buddy from the Class of '62: Wilfred S. Paul, alias Will. He was the president of the Student Council and lived in the San Diego area for quite a while.

Can anybody help?

To Bill Durkee: ChEs will be in the majority to sign this book. At a local EDC meeting this week it was stated that Civils are getting to be scarce.

All: Winchester, VA, an 'easy-off' on I81 is home with an 18' Interlake sailboat and many golf courses. Newton is the grandkid nest.

As for the ROTC artifacts, we just tore the house apart looking for insignia and came up empty handed. So I'll stand proud but be out of uniform.

Tags? I thought "tags" were some kind of graffitti. Whoops? Are they?

I want a ROTC leader to "order" (if retired - "request") some "volunteers" to telephone all of those who chose to go ROTC! Let's do something like - assemble in the "old" quadrangle after the Saturday barbeque and replicate the photo of our multi-Class gathering in 1962! Other Anniversary Classes may want to join! Heck, if we get enough people in (parts of their old) uniform, maybe we can march ( be carried, wheeled, or convoyed) over to Columbus Ave. shouting (mumbling, whispering) in military cadence! Call me if you can do it! We are also looking for memorabilia for a photo/video display for our Class dinner and perhaps elsewhere. If you have a collection of NU memorabilia, call/Email/FAX it to the DeLelli (Joe or Geri) on the Committee!

"March proudly ever free!
We give salute to thee!" Paraphrased from "All Hail Northeastern!

Just to get this started...

The Class of '62 Reunion Committee members are calling a list of fellow classmates to make sure they get the word about the 45th Reunion Dinner and other activities. Not all of the phone numbers and/or email addresses are available. Is there anyone you'd like to make sure is invited?

By posting it here, other classmates may see it and may know how to contact that person or those persons.
